1. About ScrumPrep

ScrumPrep provides certification exam preparation, practice questions, explanations, learning resources, Bundles, and subscription access. ScrumPrep is an independent education provider. Certification exams are administered by their respective certification providers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure, and for activity performed through your account. Do not share your password or allow another person to use access that was purchased for you.

3. Personal use of ScrumPrep content

Unless ScrumPrep gives you written permission, your access is for your own personal, non-commercial learning use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or distribute ScrumPrep content;
• share purchased access, questions, answers, explanations, downloads, or account credentials;
• scrape, automate access to, reverse engineer, or interfere with the services;
• use ScrumPrep content to create or train a competing product or question bank;
• attempt to bypass access, security, or usage controls; or
• use the services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

4. Purchases and access

The product page and checkout information presented when you purchase explain the product, price, billing basis, and access included in that purchase. Review those details before paying.

Individual Exam Preps and Bundles are sold as one-time purchases unless the offer clearly states otherwise. ScrumPrep Unlimited is a recurring subscription. Promotions may have separate stated terms, dates, eligibility rules, or access periods.

Prices, included products, and available offers may change for future purchases. A change to a future offer does not alter the terms already presented for a completed purchase, except where required by law or agreed with you.

5. ScrumPrep Unlimited

ScrumPrep Unlimited renews automatically for each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through your account. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period, the subscription does not renew, and access ends when that period finishes.

Unlimited charges are non-refundable and ScrumPrep does not provide prorated credits for unused time, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. The individual Exam Prep money-back guarantee and Bundle satisfaction guarantee do not apply to Unlimited.

6. Guarantees and refunds

ScrumPrep’s Guarantee & Refund Policy contains the complete eligibility, timing, evidence, refund, and cancellation rules for paid individual one-time Exam Preps, Bundles, and ScrumPrep Unlimited.

Eligible individual Exam Preps use an exam-outcome money-back guarantee. Bundles have a separate satisfaction guarantee. To qualify, you must submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase and must not have consumed more than 10% of any individual course included in the Bundle at the time of your request. ScrumPrep uses available learning records to review Bundle eligibility in good faith. If approved, the full amount paid is returned to the original payment method and access to every included course ends immediately. This Bundle rule applies prospectively from the policy effective date. Unlimited uses cancellation terms and does not include a refund, prorated credit, Exam Prep guarantee, or Bundle guarantee.

If these Terms and the Guarantee & Refund Policy appear to differ on a guarantee, refund, or cancellation matter, the Guarantee & Refund Policy controls for that matter, subject to applicable law.

7. Certification results

ScrumPrep provides preparation and practice materials. Using the services does not guarantee that you will pass an exam, receive a particular score, earn a certification, or obtain an employment or professional outcome. Certification providers control their exams, scoring, requirements, scheduling, fees, and certification decisions.

The separate Guarantee & Refund Policy applies only when all of its stated requirements are met.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

ScrumPrep content, branding, website materials, question banks, explanations, graphics, and software are owned by ScrumPrep or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, certification names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the relevant certification or subject area and does not by itself indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

9. Community and submitted content

If you submit a message, review, forum post, or other content, you remain responsible for it. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, confidential, or malicious material.

You give ScrumPrep permission to host, display, and process submitted content as needed to operate the feature you used. ScrumPrep may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or service risk.

10. Availability and changes

ScrumPrep may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features or content. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security work, provider outages, or events outside ScrumPrep’s reasonable control.

When a material change affects paid access, ScrumPrep will handle it in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law.

11. Suspension or termination

ScrumPrep may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized sharing, abuse, security risks, non-payment, illegal activity, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, ScrumPrep may contact you and allow you to address the issue first.

Suspension or termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred and does not create a refund right outside the Guarantee & Refund Policy or applicable law.

12. Third-party services and links

ScrumPrep uses third-party providers to support payments, hosting, account services, communications, analytics, security, and other operations. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. ScrumPrep does not control third-party exam providers or websites linked from the services.

13. Disclaimers and limits

ScrumPrep works to keep its content and services useful and available, but the services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ScrumPrep does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item of content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScrumPrep is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.

14. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the agreement between you and ScrumPrep. Any mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable rights in your location continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

ScrumPrep may update these Terms to reflect changes to the services, business practices, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top will be updated when the Terms change. Where required, ScrumPrep will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
